DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES 

1. Consultant will provide a 60-minute Vision Planning session with an ENABLE team member
2. Consultant will provide access to a preliminary financial consultation with an Invst, LLC, financial advisor
3. Consultant will provide access to a financial Blueprint plan created by an Invst, LLC, financial advisor
4. Consultant will provide a 60-minute Legal Preparation session with an ENABLE team member
5. Consultant will provide access to a preliminary legal consultation with a Hessler Legal Group, LLC, attorney
6. Consultant will provide a 60-minute Resource Planning session with an ENABLE team member
7. Consultant will provide access to government benefits consulting with Sean McLaughlin
8. Consultant will provide a 60-minute Family Transition Planning session with an ENABLE team member
9. Consultant will provide access to an interactive, online Life Planning tool for one year from the date on which this Agreement is signed (a renewal rate of $9.97/month will be charged beginning on the 1^st day of the 13^th month in which the client has access to the tool)
